The 1960 SOLAS Conference was held in London from 17th May 1960 to 17th June 1960.  The Conference was attended by delegates from 55 countries.  Also referred to as IMCO/SAFCON 1960, it was the first conference to be held by IMCO (Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative Organization). Although only twelve years had passed since the last SOLAS Convention was adopted, the pace of technical change was quickening and the 1960 SOLAS Convention incorporated numerous technical improvements

List of Documents issued at the Conference details the contents of the 11 volumes of the Conference (IMCO/SAFCON) working papers, summary records of committee and sub-committee meetings and their working papers issue during the conference.
