Meeting Services

The Meeting Services and Interpretation Section deals with all logistical aspects relating to meetings held at IMO headquarters in London, ensuring the smooth running of all events and conferences. It also deals with meeting room reservation.

  

Meeting rooms

The largest meeting room or Main Hall is on the ground floor, with capacity for 745 delegates, as well as designated areas for IMO staff and the press.

 

 Other meeting rooms are located on the ground, first and second floors, some with capacity for up to 250 delegates. All rooms have full facilities, including an overhead projector and screen, as well as access to the Internet and TV monitors for videoconferencing.
